Brotherhood plus structure - for men who are tired of building alone

Fellowship Forge is a small, disciplined cohort for Christian business men who want traction in business and faithfulness at home. You’ll get prayer, perspective, and accountability - plus a repeatable rhythm that turns talk into progress.

The weight is real - and it gets lonely

You’re carrying decisions that affect payroll, customers, your wife, your kids, and your future. Most people don’t understand the complexity you’re navigating, and even fewer can speak into it with wisdom.

So you keep grinding. You keep it inside. You keep trying to figure it out alone.

  • You’re making decisions in isolation - and it’s costing you clarity.
  • You know what should change, but execution keeps slipping.
  • You’re tired of vague encouragement when you need real counsel.
  • You want to lead with conviction - but the noise never stops.

A man called to lead should not have to carry the whole load alone.

If nothing changes, the cost compounds.

When the business stays disordered, it steals from the places you can’t afford to neglect - your health, your home, your mission, and your future.

But when a man gets wise counsel, real structure, and the right brothers around him, momentum returns quickly.

Fellowship Forge is where iron sharpens iron - with a plan.

You will be known, challenged, and strengthened - and you will leave each session with concrete next steps.

This is not a loose networking call. It’s a guided cohort with real structure:

  • Regular prayer that anchors the work in the right place
  • Hot seats that bring clarity to real problems
  • Accountability that turns intention into execution
  • Wise counsel from men in the fight with you

A simple rhythm that produces traction.

Eighty minute sessions, every other week - long enough to do real work and short enough to protect your calendar. Eighty minutes to pray, review follow-through, put one man in the hot seat, and leave with clear commitments - without turning this into another weekly burden.

Every other week, you'll leave with clear commitments and come back having executed on them.

The format:

1. Opening prayer and calibration (5–10 min)

We orient the room toward faithfulness, responsibility, and clarity.

2. Scoreboard and follow-through (10–15 min)

Quick check-in on the action items from last time - wins, misses, obstacles.

3. Hot seat (35–45 min)

You care about faithfulness, structure, and building something that compounds over time.

4. Commitments and next actions (10–15 min)

The man in the hot seat leaves with specific commitments. The group knows what to pray for and what to hold him to.

This is for serious men who want to build with faithfulness.

Most groups fall flat because they confuse conversation with progress. Fellowship Forge is different: prayer to anchor the room, a disciplined rhythm to prevent drift, and follow-through that turns intention into execution. If you want wise counsel and real traction, this was built for you.

Cohorts are capped at 5-6 men. Fit matters.
